Do you have a minimum # of guests that you cater for ?

We do not have a minimum number of guests that we cater for, but we do have a minimum dollar value of $1,500.00 pre tax per event.

Do you offer discounts for large groups?
Yes we do offer specials to functions over 500 guests
How far will you travel?

We cater from Toronto to Barrie and from Pickering to Oakville. For locations outside the GTA, travel charges will be based upon the distance traveled and the number of trucks.

We have multiple shifts and locations. Is that a problem?

We can accommodate multiple plant locations, at the same time with multiple shifts throughout the day, afternoon or night shift.

We only have one hour for lunch, what can you do?

We pride ourselves on working efficiently. We arrive early and get everything set up and running so that you will be ready to eat once your lunch starts.

What is your cancellation policy due to inclement weather?
In most cases, there is no penalty. We offer our clients a 24hr window to reschedule Due to inclement weather conditions.
What time do you arrive and how long is the service?

We arrive approx.. 1 ½ hrs prior to serving time. Serving time is usually 1 ½ hrs, but are flexible in meeting your needs.
